Select and clean appropriate mixing tubs for each batch.;
Check raw material inventories to ensure availability and report any discrepancies.;
Use the correct scale for weighing raw materials and document all relevant figures on batch tickets.;
Sign batch tickets and mark tubs with the full formula number before moving finished batches to the proper area.
