Job Description:

• Hands on experience on Autodesk Simulation Moldflow Insight or any other trending Moldflow software.
• Must be well versed with the design requirements of automotive plastic parts.
• Verify concept for molding single and multicomponent molds, based on CAD data material data sheet.
• Design cooling in core and cavity for hot runner molds for running mold flow studies.
• Provide output to designer to get best cycle time with stable process in molding.
• Make design reviews internal and external based on output from Moldflow.
• Should bale to perform fill pack and wrap analysis.
• Should be able to propose feeding system gate location.
• Should be aware of process parameters, Knowledge of plastic part defects and its remedies.
• Able to analyze the report and suggest modifications in design to overcome challenges.
• Good Knowledge of Injection molded, blow molded plastic parts, suggest VA/VE, cost reduction Ideas.
• Should be aware of new trends, technology & implementation for Automotive parts.
• Should be able to handle, mentor & guide team members, good at communication (oral & written), Interpersonal & Intrapersonal skills.
• Should be flexible to work at Client site & ready to work as per customer needs.
• Part feasibility study for tooling, Draft Analysis, Tooling direction, draft angle, parting line, Injection mold part details like core, cavity, slider, Lifter, etc.
