At Residential Home Health and Hospice, we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Our Hospice Registered Nurses collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans in Elmhurst, IL and surrounding areas.

• Collaborate with the care team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
• Self‑manage your time and schedule, ensuring critical deadlines for charting are consistently met.
• Provide 24/7/365 after‑hours care coordination as needed.
• Utilize tablets, mobile phones and EMR software to document patient information.
• Travel to patient locations (approximately 20% of the day).

• RN license in the state where you work.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to commute to patient locations.
• Proficiency in speaking Russian or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong commitment to meeting charting deadlines and effective time‑management.
