Hourly Pay Range
$36.00 - $55.80 – hourly pay rate determined by candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights- Position:
Registered Nurse – PACU - Location:
Naperville, IL - Part Time
- Hours:
- 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. (2 12s/wk and Days vary)
- Approximately 4–5 calls/month, including nights, PMs and weekend
- Holiday rotation (2×/year)
Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patient condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patient progress, and records pertinent observations. Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff. Functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned unit or shift.
Whatyou will need
- Education:
- Associate degree in nursing or higher level nursing degree (BSN required within 5 years from start date)
- License/Certification:
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR Certification (BLS) issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of start date
- Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of start date
- Eligibility for Annual Incentive Plan offering potential to earn a certain percentage amount of base salary based on organizational performance (for AIP eligible positions)
