• Role:
  Registered Nurse for Infusion Services, delivering high-quality, personalized care for patients receiving chemotherapy, biologic therapies, and other infusion treatments.

• Administer chemotherapy, biologics, and other infusion therapies in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide immediate interventions as needed.
• Perform pre-infusion assessments, including vital signs, lab review, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient responses, and care plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, referring providers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Additional duties include scheduling future treatments, managing electronic in-baskets, pre-checking charts, and coordinating referrals to support seamless patient care.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of starting).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion or oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Active RN license (state-specific as applicable); ASN required.
• ONS/ONCC certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infusion therapy standards, oncology nursing practice, and patient safety principles.
• Compensation: base pay range $32.65-$49.00, with actual pay determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
