Residential Home Health and Hospice in Lisle, IL is seeking an Admission Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes. You will conduct comprehensive hospice admissions, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and guide families through the process with compassionate support.
Required is an active IL RN license, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), and a valid driver's license with about 20% travel. A $9,000 first-year bonus is included.
