Position: Field Technical Specialist (Various Domestic Locations throughout the Unites States)

Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to perform field activities for the BE team.

Job Duties /Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspection for field condition assessments of industrial structures and equipment
  • Travel up to 50% throughout North America to support field operations
  • Perform field measurements to gather data for analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with engineers to create effective repair plans based on assessment findings
  • Implement quality assurance and quality control protocols to ensure project compliance
  • Analyze inspection data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to safety planning, promoting a safe working environment for personnel
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    2-year technical degree
  • Experience:

    Minimum 3+ years

    Microsoft Office Suite

Individual field assignments typically each have their own unique requirements. Prior to deployment on any field assignment, you must be able to meet all client‑specific site requirements. Should you be unable or unwilling to meet assignment‑specific requirements, your continued employment would then be subject to the availability of other assignments whose requirements can be met.

  • You must possess physical mobility (on the ground and at heights).
  • You may be required to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
  • You may be required to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms, scaffolding, or ladders using the appropriate and required fall protection.
  • You must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing the appropriate PPE. This may include, but is not limited to, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, earplugs, masks/respirators, hi‑vis safety vests, leather gloves, and leather, steel‑toed work boots.
  • You may be required to position yourself to work in confined spaces.
  • You may be required to adhere to a client’s random drug testing program prior to entering their site.
  • You may be required to meet a client’s facial hair safety policy prior to entering their site.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $30.00/hour – $50.00/hour. The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, Brindley considers several factors when determining base salary that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, certifications, specific work location, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans in addition to base pay to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results.
