We are looking for a Quality Manager for KONE Americas based in Lisle, IL. The role focuses on driving quality continuous improvement, ensuring compliance through site visits, and influencing cross‑functional teams without formal authority.

Lisle, IL (remote options for suitable candidates).

As Quality Manager you will:

• Manage and continuously improve regional quality performance in line with unit targets.
• Align and execute a full chain quality strategy at the regional level.
• Support branches and districts in problem solving to eliminate cost of poor quality across sales, ordering, delivering, installation, hand‑over and service.
• Participate in key meetings such as monthly district management meetings, branch PM reviews and traction control reviews.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, supply chain management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university.
• At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in quality management.
• Project‑management experience and proven ability to work in cross‑functional, international environments.
• Analytical skills with experience applying Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Proven team‑leadership ability in complex situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information to senior management.
• Flexibility to travel up to 60% of the time for site and branch visits.

The annual base pay range in Lisle, IL is $135,500-$177,870. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
