Job Title

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related Engineering discipline; equivalent inspection and quality experience may be accepted.

· Typically 5+ years in MEP construction quality, inspection, testing or engineering on complex facilities.

· Experience across at least one core MEP discipline plus strong understanding of multi-discipline interfaces.

· Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.

· Relevant AWS/CWI, ASNT, NICET, NETA, electrical, mechanical or plumbing inspection credentials are desirable as applicable.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Interpretation of MEP drawings, P&IDs, one-lines, schematics, coordination models, specifications and submittals.

· Knowledge of inspection/test methods, installation tolerances and manufacturer requirements.

· Understanding of NFPA, NEC, mechanical/plumbing codes and applicable industry standards.

· NCR management, test-record review, traceability and digital turnover documentation.

· Ability to distinguish construction-quality acceptance from commissioning performance validation.

Job Description

Implements quality assurance and quality control for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-protection and controls installation. The role verifies compliance with approved design documents, submittals, codes, ITPs and manufacturer requirements and ensures that construction-quality evidence supports safe system completion and commissioning readiness.

· Review and implement MEP quality requirements, ITPs, checklists and discipline acceptance criteria.

· Perform and coordinate inspections, surveillance and testing for MEP installation and equipment setting.

· Verify approved materials, equipment traceability, test reports, calibration and construction completion records.

· Raise and manage deficiencies, NCRs and corrective actions through verified closure.

· Report MEP quality status and turnover readiness to the Project Quality Lead and coordinate prerequisites with Commissioning.
