Financial Advisor

Full Time | Hybrid in Lilse, IL |From $80,000 to $130,000 per year.

Training allowance of $97000 plus expense allowance starting in year 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals and priorities
• Educate clients on financial strategies and solutions aligned to their needs
• Develop long-term relationships through ongoing service, reviews, and follow-up
• Leverage mentorship, training, and internal resources to grow your practice
• Maintain compliance standards and complete required licensing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a relationship-first approach
• Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable in a performance-based environment
• Demonstrated ability to set goals and execute consistently
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health License, SIE, and Series 7 (if not already licensed)
