Strategic Account Manager - FTL

We are looking for a commercially minded Strategic Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers and drive meaningful account growth. This is not a traditional outbound-heavy BDR role - instead, you will inherit a small group of established clients and focus on strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering long-term value.

• Take ownership of 5 existing customer accounts from day one
• Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans tailored to each account
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve challenges
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine account strategies

• Experience in a BDR, Account Manager, or customer-facing commercial role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
