Position Overview

National Account Sales Director-Parts will report to the Sr. Director of National Accounts and be responsible for National Account Parts Sales in the leasing segment. In this position you will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategies including both revenue and profit growth and will be traveling up to 75%.

Responsibilities
  • Managing our customer and dealer relationship across all functional areas.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process.
  • Work directly with all levels of the customer’s leadership, including sales, parts, service and procurement.
  • Manage, motivate, train, develop and provide leadership for all direct reports.
  • Quarterback all aspects of our customer interface for sales, parts and service.
  • Develop strategies and action plans for assigned customers.
  • Grow parts market share, revenue and profit.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of lead experience.
  • Master’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of lead experience.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years of lead experience.
Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to be employed in the United States. Sponsorship is not anticipated.
Desired Skills
  • MS Office skills; strong Excel proficiency.
  • Experience presenting to all levels of leadership, both internally and externally.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Commercial experience in sales and account management for more than 3 years.
  • Comfortable around higher‑level executives.
  • Relationship building.
  • OE account management for large customers.
  • Heavy‑duty truck experience in the leasing segment is a plus.
