Senior Account Executive

We're working on a sales role for one of our clients:

• Hunt and close new shipper accounts, with a focus on retail consolidation and brands selling into major retailers.
• You’ll own the relationship.
• Pricing team handles quoting, and a dedicated account management team handles day‑to‑day execution so you can focus on selling.

• 2–5+ years of shipper‑facing sales experience (freight brokerage environment preferred).
• Strong truckload background; high‑risk, high‑value freight experience is a plus.
• Hunter mentality, self‑starter who thrives with structure and accountability.
• High energy, optimistic, and ready to grind.
• Base salary: $60k–$120k+ (commensurate with experience).
• Competitive commission structure (up to 3% of revenue on new accounts).
