Build Something Bigger Than a Sales Job What You'll DoAs an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in expanding NDA Cargo's customer base while helping customers solve transportation challenges across North America.
- Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and customer visits.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting activity and revenue goals.
- Learn how the your favorite goods are delivered by learning how the American supply chain works
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure successful execution and exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts and introduce additional transportation solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer activity.
- Stay informed on market trends, freight rates, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Represent NDA Cargo professionally while building a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and dependable service.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multi task and learn new information quickly
- Knowledge of truckload transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics operations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
