Senior Account Executive

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in expanding NDA Cargo’s customer base while helping customers solve transportation challenges across North America.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and customer visits.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting activity and revenue goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure successful execution and exceptional service.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts and introduce additional transportation solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and customer activity.
• Stay informed on market trends, freight rates, customer needs, and industry developments.
• Represent NDA Cargo professionally while building a reputation for honesty, responsiveness, and dependable service.

• 2+ years of logistics sales, freight brokerage sales, or transportation sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change quickly.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and learn new information quickly
• Knowledge of truckload transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics operations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience will be considered.
