Monday to Friday
, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
, with no weekends

- Base pay paid weekly
- Commissions per hire and on hires sales over the first 12 months of employment
- Residual bonus at the end of the year on hires accounts
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses

Pay range: USD 55, per year

As a National Sales Recruiter
, you will be responsible for building our nationwide outside sales teams
. This role centers on sourcing and selling candidates, supporting team growth, and bringing new ideas that improve how the team recruits and performs.
- Build nationwide outside sales teams as the Merchant Service Sales Recruiter
- Source and sell candidates
- Share suggestive and helpful ideas to improve recruiting and team success
- Identify potential growth opportunities and future success areas
- Bring a proven track record of success and the ability to attain challenging goals
- 3 Years Merchant Services experience REQUIRED (minimum of three years)
- 3 years of recruiting/staffing experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred is listed as well)
- Ability to source and sell candidates
- Very strong communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
- Enthusiastic & Outgoing personality
- Self-Motivated with a natural drive for success
- Suggestive and helpful with new ideas
Ability to see potential growth and future success - Proven track record of success and attaining challenging goals
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Clover Product Knowledge is a plus
- Basic problem solving and decision-making skills

- Strong work ethic
- Bachelors Degree
Work location: In person (Lisle, IL).
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
