SKILLED TRADES CREW MEMBER WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

WHAT THIS JOB IS IN A SNAPSHOTThe Skilled Trades Crew member is the glue of what makes our company strong. This person will have strong expert experience in at least two of the skilled trades below. These are not all the skills, but they are the main skills we are looking for. Take a second and rate yourself. 0-10. You should be level 7 or higher in at least two of these when you apply.

Requirements WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE- Flexible shift availability with reliable transportation
- Self-motivated team player that has a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor; excels in collaborative, non-confrontational environments
- Proven background with experience
- Consistently maintains a safety-first mindset, following site protocols and best practices
- Shows up to work consistently and on time
- 3+ years’ proven experience working individually or on a crew
- Strong understanding of what materials are used/needed and have your own hand tools
- Must be able to work in an environment that requires a strong sense of physicality
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods in various job site environments
- Physically able to climb ladders, bend, crouch, twist and access confined spaces as needed
- Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Based on experience but Starting at $25/hr.
