In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your area of responsibility will be as below:

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus.
• The ability to handle end‑to‑end ERP package customization and implementation.
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience.
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

• Experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
• Dynamics 365 technical experience with hands‑on complex customizations and configurations and integrations.
• Proficiency in plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript and portals.
• Good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
• Experience with design specifications, programming, problem diagnosis, debugging, testing, modification and assurance of technical requirements of computer programs per established industry practices and Customer’s Development Management Methodology (DMM).

• Microsoft certifications with Dataverse experience.
• Azure integration experience (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
• Proven enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture design experience.
• Advanced Power Platform ALM and CI/CD using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub.
• Experience in complex integrations with third‑party and line‑of‑business systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Pages, PCF controls, and advanced Canvas Apps.
• Experience handling data migration, performance tuning, and large Dataverse volumes.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
