• Demonstrated ability in the teaching and coaching of a volleyball program in a multicultural high school and/or unit district.
• Must be able to manage all levels within the program, manage various areas within the program, be organized, flexible, take direction from their direct supervisor, and communicate with parents and the Booster Club.
• Enhance, improve, and maximize students' athletic skills required to compete at a high level.
• Lead an athletic program for sustained participation and success.
• Works with the Athletic Department to ensure all games, officials, and transportation are scheduled.
• Other duties as determined by administrator.

• Valid Illinois State Teaching, Substitute, and/or ASEP Certification.
• Knowledge of the sport.
• Previous coaching experience at the high school level.

• Commensurate with experience per  LEA Collective Bargaining Agreement (see attached).
• No benefits offered with this position.

• 25-26 Extra Duty
