HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PACKER IN ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Packer to join our team in Arlington Heights, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for boxing ink products, palletizing customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting with loading and unloading activities as needed. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team, lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions carefully, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Pay,Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Full‑time schedule
- Located in Arlington Heights, IL
- Pack ink products into various box sizes based on customer demand
- Palletize customer orders for shipment
- Support general warehouse housekeeping and organization
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks as needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Assist with additional warehouse duties based on operational needs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic math skills required
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office experience preferred
- SAP experience preferred but not required
- Forklift experience preferred; in‑house training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in warehouse conditions including varying temperatures and loud environments
