TAKKT Group in Lisse, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead the Internal Sales & Customer Service team, set priorities, and ensure KPI delivery. You will drive collaboration across sales, logistics, and operations to shape better workplaces for our customers.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a commercial role with leadership, strong analytics using BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and fluency in English plus native Dutch.
