We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping moving pieces on track.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled correctly.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you might be preparing equipment listings for an upcoming auction, the next you may be helping customers, supporting a live auction event, or coordinating final settlement details.

What You'll DoKeep Auctions Moving You'll help coordinate the details that keep our auctions organized and on schedule from start to finish.
Assist with auction setup, execution, and post-sale activities
Track key milestones and deadlines to ensure auctions stay on schedule
Coordinate photos, asset information, and auction listings
Review auction details for accuracy and completeness
Help ensure assets, documentation, and systems are auction-ready
Be the Detail Expert Accuracy matters. You'll play a key role in making sure information is correct before it reaches our customers.
Review listings, descriptions, and documentation for quality and accuracy
Verify titles, VIN documentation, tax information, and supporting paperwork
Manage data entry and updates across auction systems
Maintain records, reports, and auction documentation
Monitor details throughout the auction process to identify and correct issues before they become problems
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service You'll be a trusted resource for buyers and sellers throughout the auction process.
Answer customer and client questions by phone, email, and in-person
Guide sellers through auction timelines and processes
Help facilitate payments, settlements, and pickup coordination
Create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back
Work Alongside a Great Team At Steffes Group, auctions are a team effort.
Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams
Share ideas that improve efficiency and customer experience
Support live and online auctions
Jump in where needed to help the team succeed
