Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate to grow premium cannabis by performing daily plant care from clone to harvest. You will monitor environmental conditions, assist with harvest and packaging, and maintain accurate inventory records in a fast-paced cultivation facility.
You bring a green thumb, attention to detail, and teamwork, with a willingness to learn all stages of cultivation including lighting, irrigation, and climate control.
