Nurse Practitioner

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join their team in a flexible and supportive work environment. This role focuses on adult outpatient primary care with multiple location options available.

• Provide high-quality care in a 100% outpatient primary care setting.
• Focus on adult medicine patients aged 18 and over.

• Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligibility for one).
• Training: Must be an APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting is required.
