Administrative Assistant – Lithia Springs, GA

Performs relatively complex secretarial duties including creating and preparing routine materials and proofreading, verifying and editing all materials for accuracy and clarity. Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities, works independently to complete assigned department functions and prepares routine correspondence, reports, forms, and the like for review by supervisor. Manages and maintains purchase orders, related invoices and receiving documents. Utilizes advanced software skills to prepare correspondence, reports, charts, tables and forms.
Qualifications- 2 to 3 years of office administration and/or secretarial experience; construction industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Publisher and Access highly desired.
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned.
- Successfully pass pre‑employment background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
