PRN Veterinary Receptionist; Care Coordinator; Westside Animal Emergency Clinic

Position Overview

Care Coordinator at Pet Vet Care Centers' Westside Animal Emergency Clinic (Lithia Springs, GA) supports the hospital by performing a range of administrative and customer service tasks.

• Greeting and welcoming owners and patients
• Recognizing life‑threatening symptoms for immediate triage
• Answering a multi‑line phone system with a cheerful demeanor
• Checking in/out clients
• Assisting techs and DVMs
• Data entry and organized, detail‑oriented filing
• Offering compassion and understanding toward owners in an emergency setting
• Holding patients for exams, procedures, x‑rays and comfort
• Handling monies and taking payments
• Scanning, faxing and emailing records to RDVMs or specialists
• Running lab work and helping to maintain a clean and healthy environment

• 10‑hour shift, 8‑hour shift
• Day shift

High school or equivalent (preferred).

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Veterinary experience: 1+ years (required).
• Customer service experience: 2 years (required).
