Warranty Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Motors (GM) warranty processes and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience with CDK software is a plus. Family owned Business five day work week competitive salary.

• Manage and process warranty claims accurately and efficiently in accordance with GM guidelines.
• Review warranty documentation and ensure compliance with manufacturer policies.
• Coordinate with service departments, parts, and finance teams to resolve warranty issues.
• Maintain detailed records of warranty claims and communications.
• Utilize CDK software to support warranty administration tasks (preferred).
• Communicate with GM representatives and vendors as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Warranty Administrator with GM warranty processes.
• Strong knowledge of GM warranty policies and procedures.
• Experience with CDK software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
