Automotive Service Advisor

• Greet customers in a friendly eager to help manner
• Work closely with the service department employees including technicians, porters, and customer service team
• Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and resolutions for repairs
• Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area for self and subordinates
• Other duties as assigned

• 3 Years’ Automotive Service Advisor experience REQUIRED
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to work in a very high-paced environment
• Proven customer service track record
