Description
As a Data Integrity Specialist, you will resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, build relationships with internal stakeholders, investigate and resolve issues with purchase orders, invoices, and product receipt, and ensure accuracy in all details. You will also update and manage cost changes, rebate changes, and supplier/item updates related to product acquisition costs.
This is a Monday–Friday, day‑shift role located in one of the following offices:
Atlanta, GA;
St. Louis, MO;
Kansas City, MO;
Richmond, VA; or San Antonio, TX. Some flexibility may allow working up to 3–6 days per month from other locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate implementation of all cost change methodologies.
- Understand the logic behind various cost change processes and workflows.
- Maintain POD rebate tables as needed.
- Conduct regular audits of cost changes and rebate tables for data integrity and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve cost misalignments promptly using Strategic Sourcing.
- Support cost audits and reviews by providing accurate data, documentation, and insight.
- Work with IT and AP to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Optimize cash discounts earned through timely action.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a business environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent math aptitude.
- Resourceful with a problem‑solving mindset.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Ability to take direction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- AS400 experience.
