We are currently seeking:
The Crew Superintendent is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and specifications. The Project Superintendent will work in a partnership role with the Crew Superintendents as the primary onsite leaders, coordinating field operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing all administrative and operational aspects of the project.
Supervisory Responsibilities:- Approves timecards and requests for time off.
- Prepare work schedules and assignments.
- Communicates and enforces safety procedures and site rules.
- Supervises onsite crew(s) working in multiple areas simultaneously.

- Coordinates purchase and delivery of material, supplies and equipment as needed for worksite
- Develop three-week lookahead schedule and cost-effective plan for completion of all assigned projects.
- Meets production goals per approved contract schedule.
- Collaborate with project teams, including project managers, clients, architects, engineers, government officials, and subcontractors to determine project needs.
- Coordinates and schedules the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers.
- Prepares and provides progress reports to Tusco, general contractors and Clients.
- Ensures drawings, specifications, submittals and regulations outlined in contract documents are followed.
- Conduct safety and quality control meetings/inspections.
- Completes Daily Reports, JSAs, Toolbox Safety Meeting Checklists and any additional reports required per project contract.
- Addresses any safety violations or other deficiencies.
- Monitors budget throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.
- 5+ years of fencing experience strongly preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and able to solve problems effectively.
- Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people in different roles.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks to access worksite locations.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in supervising construction projects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore and other related software.
- Previous experience with perimeter security, force protection, fencing or barricades (preferred).
- OSHA 30 certification (or equivalent); current First Aid and CPR Certification.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at times.
