We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service BDC Representative to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless service experience.

• Handle incoming service calls and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding service appointments and vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately using dealership software.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database.
• Communicate effectively with service technicians and other dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in managing service campaigns and recalls by contacting customers as needed.

• Prior experience working in a Service BDC role.
• Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
