Position Overview
The Premier Client Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high‑touch client experience by supporting advisors, engaging with clients, and coordinating with insurance carriers and custodians. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage workflows across multiple systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for premier clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, including gathering documentation and setting expectations.
- Provide ongoing support by addressing client inquiries, requests, and service needs.
- Liaise with insurance carriers, custodians and financial institutions to process applications, service requests, and policy updates.
- Track case status and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, pipeline activity, and case progress.
- Ensure data integrity and timely updates within internal systems.
- Prepare reports, client communications, and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Support advisors with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow‑up tasks.
- Attend firm‑hosted events, workshops, and client functions held at various locations throughout the city.
- Assist with event coordination, set up, and client engagement during events.
- Represent the firm in a professional manner at all times.
- Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for events and client needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
