Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. As a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part of the Plant Operations & Human Resources department supporting the manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage Human Resources Department activities as a business partner within the plant organization.
- Contribute to the development, execution, and communication of effective HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Innovate HR practices, policies, and processes to create measurable business results.
- Improve HR administrative work efficiency, promote transactional work transfer, and eliminate unnecessary activities.
- Support community engagement and lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, including compliance.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business, or related field;
Master’s preferred. - Eight (8)+ years of generalist manufacturing experience, including management roles at multiple plants.
- Expertise in recruiting, labor & employee relations, investigations, LOA management, and employee development.
- Business proficient English skills required; bilingual in Spanish (speak, read & write).
- Ability to connect HR work directly to the business and adapt to various situations.
