AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. The role is designed for talented individuals who want to work on the most challenging problems across AWS data centers, helping keep the cloud running.

As a Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician, you will work with minimum supervision to drive the stability and sustainability of next‑generation networks and assist in developing innovative automation and scaling solutions. You will perform large‑enterprise equipment installation, fiber and copper cabling, patching, and rack installation while ensuring safety and security standards.

• Move and install large enterprise equipment
• Install fiber and copper cabling, and patch cabling between equipment
• Maintain safety and security standards during cabling and rack installation
• Follow established hardware installation procedures and perform break‑fix activities
• Use material handling tools and equipment safely

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; participate in group lifts for 41+ pounds.
• Work in an environment that operates 24/7 and participate in primary responder rotation and after‑hours support as needed.
• Work in cramped, elevated, and/or noisy environments.
• Bend, lift, stretch, reach, stand, and walk for up to 8+ hours a day.
• Ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and gangways safely.

Travel within and outside the regional work area is required. You must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Basic

• 1+ years of experience in Computer Hardware Repair, Infrastructure Cabling, Network Deployment, or Data Center Operations, or similar roles.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Industry standard certification (CompTIA, CCENT, or Network+).
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
• Knowledge of network cabling, optic types, and test equipment.

USA, GA, Lithia Springs - $27.00 to $48.00 USD hourly
