This is a 100% in-office role (no remote/hybrid) and it is not the Litigation Paralegal position; you will handle pre-suit PI case management along with light litigation‑adjacent support (deadline tracking, filings coordination, docket work, court reporter scheduling) and significant binder/book preparation for hearings, trials, and presentations.

What you’ll do:
  • Pre-Suit Personal Injury Case Management: Manage PI cases from intake through settlement, including medical records/bills, demands, damages tracking, and negotiations under attorney guidelines.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients—timely updates, clear next steps, and strong client service.
  • Court + Litigation-Adjacent Support (Light but Required): Calendar deadlines, pull dockets, request transcripts, schedule court reporters, and assist with court filings as needed.
  • Binder / Book Creation: Prepare hearing binders, trial notebooks, exhibits, and presentation materials (including internal trainings and attorney presentations).
  • COAM Support: Assist with COAM arbitration case administration (filings, scheduling, case tracking) up to appeal support as needed.
  • Invest Atlanta Collections (If Assigned): Support collections accounts—payment plan tracking, debtor communications, and reporting updates.
  • Case System Management: Open/maintain/close electronic files, keep correspondence saved properly, maintain case reports, and track case-related expenses.
