Home Chef in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Machine Operator Lead for a day shift (6:30 AM – 5:30 PM) with Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays off.
You will lead machine operator teams, prioritize daily production, train operators, perform equipment inspections and maintain safety and SOP adherence across production lines.
Required:
general high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in a production environment; strong teamwork and accountability are essential to keep lines running smoothly.
