Job Title: QA/QC Specialist

The Role
The Quality Assurance / Quality Control Specialist is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific CBRE Direct Line (DL) projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established standards. The QA/QC role includes direct oversight and review of the entire project documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process, working with other in-house personnel and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies.
- Promote company core values to foster a family‑centric culture.
- Implement the QA/QC management system at site, including but not limited to Cable Tray Routing, Conduit Installs, Cable Management, Rack and Cabinet Placement, Port Accuracy, Copper and Fiber Test Validation, and Asbuilts.
- Coordinate quality inspections with all site sub‑contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate with the customer’s representative on all quality matters.
- Coordinate all receipt inspections.
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors if applicable.
- Verify that site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Participate in the site internal and external audits.
- Coordinate all quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.
- Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for closeout handover.
- Control all non‑conformance reports and undertake remedial action.
- Complete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
- Review the customer’s specifications and undertake relevant training if needed.
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
- Complete and coordinate the approval of the site QC technical submittals to the customer.
- Coordinate with the site project manager on all quality issues.
- Chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the project subcontractor’s QC personnel.
- Elaborate inspection and test programs.
- Assure all technical documents related to site quality control are current.

Education- Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management or 5 years equal experience.
