Home Chef is seeking a FSQA Superintendent to lead food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation for the Tempo Ready to Heat program across our kitchens. You will enforce SQF, USDA standards, and drive continuous improvements with cross-functional teams.
You will develop and coach supervisory staff, review records, and respond to escalations in a 24/7 production environment while partnering with corporate and plant teams to roll out new programs.
