Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic, sales-focused role essential to the team s success. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, engaging with customers to meet and exceed needs, promoting our products and services, and coordinating clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments. The Retail Salesperson conducts transactions with accuracy and efficiency to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.90
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales professional.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, by phone and in store.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with customers to address sales needs and resolve complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
- Valid automobile driver s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
