Uniform Advantage has immediate needs for Replenishment Associates
. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. As a Replenishment Associate for our Distribution Center, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and pulling merchandise from reserve areas, as well as maintaining stock records and ensuring active picking bin locations are stocked with proper products and needed quantities.

• Base pay starts at $17 an hour
• Earn $2.00 more per hour for weekend shifts
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed

• Stock products in proper locations according to standard company practices.
• Operate various types of power equipment to move products from reserve to active locations.
• Work from computer-generated reports that select products to be pulled from reserve locations.
• Act as a team player and assist other departments as required. Participate in any special projects and improve quality and productivity.
• Unload, check‑in, count, and sort incoming products to verify receipt of items on the bill of lading and packing lists.
• Examine stock and shipment details to verify conformance to vendor compliance and assist with proper product procedures, such as bagging, labeling, and boxing.
• Adhere to stock‑to‑floor processes in a timely manner, including 24‑hour dock‑to‑stock time on backorder shipments and 48‑hour on all others.
• Maintain 99.9% or better accuracy when pulling from reserve locations and putting away to active locations.
• Follow approved methods of storage, identification, and stock location.
• Work flexible hours.

• Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
• Crouch, kneel, or crawl occasionally.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to handle noisy conditions.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Power Equipment Certification.
• RF Scanner Operation.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed.
