• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing fast, friendly, and excellent customer service.
• Provide accurate product information and sell based on customer needs, acting as a subject‑matter expert.
• Keep the store clean, clutter‑free, and restock shelves as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new products offered in the store.
• Maintain a positive, customer‑centric attitude and maintain product knowledge of the industry.
• Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring displays reflect company standards.

• High School diploma and/or GED.
• Minimum 18 years old (some states require 21).
• Previous retail experience in a similar industry is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with products within our industry is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable and motivated to grow in a fast‑paced, growing company.
