Equipment Operator Position

This job is solely an equipment operator position.

MUST HAVE ON RESUME: HIGH REACH TRUCK DRIVE. Will reject if they do not have this on TOP of resume. If they unable. If they don't have High Reach Truck drive please do NOT submit. MUST have experience with HIGH REACH TRUCK DRIVE. DOUBLE ELECTRIC DOULBLE PALLET JACK is a plus to have, but this is a High Reach Truck Drive position.

SHIFT: 11am-7:30 SECOND SHIFT (OT required for the 1st week of the month. After the first week it is optional)

MAX PAY RATE: $17.00

Environment: dry goods, non-freezer for hotel amenities.

Will be asked to do additional warehouse work as described below:

Unloading & loading of shipments:

Uses various powered industrial equipment to perform the following:

Inbound / Receiving

Unload inbound shipments and convey product to staging area to be received in
Inspect count & examine all shipments being unloaded against PO's for damages and/or discrepancies
Document all overages, shortages and damages
Ensure that all necessary signatures are on the driver's paperwork before the driver is released

Put Away

Conveying of items from the Receiving area or Staging area to Home, Overflow or Bulk locations
Replenishment, Item Demand, Count Checks and
Consolidation of items in the warehouse:

Convey items from storage locations to Home/Bulk locations
Consolidate like items in storage locations to maximize warehouse space
Count inventory to make sure product quantities are correct in the locations

Outbound/ Shipping

Wrap pallets by machine or hand to ensure stability
Load outbound shipments in a way so that they are stable to ensure safety and avoid product being damaged

Equipment Used:
Crown High Reach, Raymond High reach, Double Electric riding pallet Jack, Dock Stocker forklift, Cherry Picker Forklift. Each associate will be provided with a blue tooth device. Employees will communicate with voice communicator to receive orders and locations to pick as an order selector. If working in receiving the voice communicator will provide information to putaway the item in its correct location etc.
