Job Overview

Wastequip is hiring a Driver for the Lithia Springs, GA location. The driver will deliver incoming shipments, organize merchandise for delivery, package products for shipping, and maintain records of all transactions and vehicle usage. The driver will also assist in warehouse duties such as production of hoses and fittings, picking orders, and other assigned tasks.

Pay: $20.75 per hour. 1st shift:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm.

• Deliver incoming shipments of products.
• Organize merchandise for delivery.
• Package products for shipping.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and vehicle usage.
• Assist in warehouse duties such as production of hoses and fittings and picking orders.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence (size, type, style, color, or product).
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including putting parts away.
• Maintain a clean work area and keep warehouse and equipment orderly.
• Operate a delivery DOT van/truck and keep it in good working condition.
• Lift, stoop, and bend repeatedly; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for prolonged periods, climb, and walk as required for delivery operations.
• Obtain and maintain a DOT Med Card if requested.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling.
• Forklift experience is a plus; forklift certification is optional.
• Computer literacy, including data entry and part look‑up skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and corrective action skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency and attention to accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Willing and able to obtain a DOT Med Card if required.
