Order picker stand-up forklift FAST PACE

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced order picker with RF scanner and stand‑up forklift (Crown) experience in our Douglasville office. Responsibilities include high‑speed inventory picking with a focus on accuracy and daily quotas. Compensation is $20 per hour
.

• Pick orders using an RF scanner.
• Lift pallets up to 50 lbs, both empty and finished.
• Operate a stand‑up forklift (Crown) and electric walk‑behind pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and meet daily production quotas.
• Accurately pick, sort, and pack inventory.
• Perform inventory checks.

• Minimum 2–3 years of hand order picking experience with RF scanner.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for commuting.
• High school diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Clean background check and drug test required.
• Reliable, detail oriented, with excellent attendance.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
• Stable employment history verifiable to client.
• Safety conscious.

Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (overtime may be required).
