The Team Lead position of Inventory Control supports and manages the work of research and daily operations of the IC Clerks I and II, managing workloads across both shifts and assisting the department in all of its goals of accurate and high-quality inventory within the warehouse. The Team Lead will drive research on missing and problem products using various reports and partnerships within the company.
The role will be driven by work tickets, verbal and written direction from the Inventory Control Supervisor, and monitoring performance metrics to determine when to pivot resources toward priority directives.
Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Drives daily operations of Clerks (I and II) by managing and assigning cycle count/project work, or other required IC work as identified.
- Manages multiple research-based ticket queues to resolution with varying levels of personnel within the company.
- Assists in research of warehouse inventory accuracy opportunities.
- Other inventory-related projects as assigned.
- Must be willing to operate a Stock Picker and WAVE machine to move products and perform counting activities throughout the warehouse.
- Performs cycle count reconciles as needed/ directed.
- Assesses inventory accuracy and transfers/adjusts inventory levels to correct as necessary.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Physical/visual and digital ticket organization.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time.
- Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally).
- Lift, push, or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Handle noisy conditions.
