Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Logistics Manager Level 2 to join their team. As a Logistics Manager Level 2, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting warehouse operations and logistics management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Lead and support safety programs to maintain a safe work environment
- Manage labor planning based on forecasts (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Conduct daily team meetings to ensure an efficient, balanced operation
- Drive continuous improvement and eliminate non-value-added processes
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff
- 10+ years in warehouse/distribution environment
- 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience with inventory control systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Familiar with MS Office and WMS systems
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
