is seeking to hire an Equipment Operator I for our client in Lithia Springs, GA!

2nd Shift: 02:30PM - 11:00PM, Monday - Friday

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using SOS label technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.
• Hand selects orders within warehouse dry environments, operates assigned SOS unit to create labels, correctly places labels on product, stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.), stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps product on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Follow Client preferred work methods at all times and follow sanitation requirements to comply with policy set forth by Client.
• Work until all products are accurately selected and loaded, including potential overtime on holidays and weekends.

• 1-3 Years of Experience.
• Over the age of 18.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Adequate physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard.
• Work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast paced environment.
• Meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
• Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures.

Reports to Night Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
