The Inventory Control Reporting Specialist assists in the research of inventory discrepancies that may arise from internal or external factors with the goal of maintaining exceptionally high inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities- Reports to the Inventory Manager regular inventory status updates.
- Assists in the reconciliation of Inventory Cycle Counts.
- Works closely with Finance to monitor troubled Sub Inventories.
- Assists Inventory Analysts in addressing and correcting Inventory discrepancies stemming from physical inventory counts.
- Works closely with Inventory control specialist in addressing inventory imbalances.
- Ensures positive customer experience by reviewing, reconciling and updating Order Rejects and Duplicate orders.
- Works closely with Information Technology to identify and correct WMS / ERP System issues.
- All other duties as assigned
- 3 to 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse with an emphasis on inventory control, and cycle counts.
- Knowledge of WMS and ERP communications.
- Analytical, detail orientated and Self-motivated.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS or similar WMS
- Experience with Oracle ERP
- Domestic travel as needed

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.
Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At Res Med, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly pay range for this position is: $23.30 to $34.96
