Order Selector w​/Cherry Picker & Reach Truck

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ORDER SELECTOR (CHERRY PICKER AND REACH TRUCK) IN LITHIA SPRINGS, GA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Order Selector to join our team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and moving products throughout the warehouse using a Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Forklift. The ideal candidate will possess comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, moving at a steady pace, and spending most of the shift on their feet.

• Starting at $17/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Located in Lithia Springs, Georgia

• Accurately selecting products and customer orders according to pick tickets
• Will use RF scanners, and warehouse system
• Operate a Cherry Picker & Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Build stable and secure pallets while maintaining product accuracy
• Move, stage, and organize completed orders for shipment
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other warehouse personnel
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

• Prior Cherry Picker & Reach Truck experience
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment
• Comfortable with frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products
• Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing on/off equipment
• Will need previous warehouse, order selecting, or distribution center experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
