Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Accountant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a crucial role in our financial department, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounting operations. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Inventory Accounting, General Ledger, and Excel. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Managing the general ledger (GL) and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up to date.

Utilizing accounting software such as Microsoft GP & Excel to manage financial data and generate reports.

Leveraging advanced Excel skills to analyze data, including the use of pivot tables and V-Lookup.

Preparing comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.

Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Collaborating with other members of the finance team to develop strategies for financial growth and stability.

Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial data.

Qualifications

A bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and V-Lookup are essential).

A solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The ability to work well in a team and to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Job Details

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year
